Welcome To Port Royal

Exclusive and elegant living with an abundance of nearby amenities

Known as one of the most luxurious areas in Naples, Port Royal is ideal for homeowners who desire a prestigious community, modern amenities, and a sophisticated lifestyle. With grand homes scattered throughout well-maintained neighborhoods, Port Royal is the epitome of exclusive living.

Lying between the Gulf of Mexico and Naples Bay, Port Royal is one of the most sought-after communities in the state. Prior to its development, however, this area was all unused swampland. John Glen Sample, however, saw potential in the area, and he made it his goal to make Port Royal “the finest place in the world to live.”

After purchasing the land in 1938, Sample completely transformed Port Royal Homes into what it is today. He commissioned Howard Major, a well-known architect, to make this a luxurious and community-centric area. Major succeeded, as is seen by the area’s extreme popularity today. Now the site features grand homes, popular amenities, gourmet dining experiences, and more. See Market Reports for more details.
